We offer this service if you cannot attend the event, or attend the event but do not want to hassle with online bidding.
You will be connected with one of our staff members dedicated to your account for the auction. You will have the options to be kept updated with the bid progress or have a set amount per lot.

”Secret + Automated Bidding: doing the work for you

Sometimes you will place a bid and the message will stay on ‘You are losing’. This happens when another person has placed a secret max amount in advance which you have to ‘win’ by continuing to bid until you have done so (or stop, and lose).

To place a secret max amount on a lot, add it to the ‘Own Amount’ box. The bidding process will continue automatically without you having to check all the time. You will win the bid if you have the highest bid, even if it is not your max amount. For eg. Your max is set to R10 000, but your competitor stopped at R7000 – then you will only pay R7000 for your winning lot.
